More than laundry.
Hinton + Hyatt began with a simple idea: to lighten the load of everyday life.
Between classes, schedules, friendships, church, activities, late nights, early mornings, and everything that comes with learning to live on your own, even the small things can start to feel like a lot. We created Hinton + Hyatt to lighten the load by taking one thing off your list.
We are a premium laundry club offering thoughtful, dependable wash-and-fold pickup and delivery. From the beginning, we knew we wanted this to be about more than convenience.
For us, it’s personal.
Even our name reflects that. Hinton + Hyatt comes from our family and honors our grandfathers, men who helped shape what we believe about hard work, generosity, keeping your word, and showing up for the people around you. Our grandmothers taught us just as much about hospitality, like remembering the details, making room at the table, and noticing what someone needs before they ever have to ask.
Those are the values we want to bring to Hinton + Hyatt.
We love the ease of subscription services, but we believe convenience should never have to come at the expense of connection. There are real people behind Hinton + Hyatt who want to know your name, care about the details, and serve you well.
We have been married for almost 25 years and have two children of our own, but our family has never really stopped there. Our home has always been filled with our children’s friends who we have loved, encouraged, fed, celebrated, and welcomed as our own. Now, as many of them head off to college, we find ourselves thinking about all the people who helped lighten our load along the way.
Hinton + Hyatt is our opportunity to do a little of that for someone else.
That is also why we call the people we serve members, not customers. We want you to feel known, cared for, and part of something built around hospitality, trust, and community.
For students, we hope to give you back a little time.
For parents, we hope to offer a little peace of mind.
And for all of us, we hope to build the kind of community where taking care of one another still matters.
We’re so very glad you’re here.
Welcome to the Club!
