Hinton + Hyatt provides pickup, wash, dry + fold, and return service based on the plan selected.

Please have your laundry ready in the designated bag at your confirmed pickup time and location. One securely closed bag is included per scheduled service.

We’ll care for garments according to our standard laundry practices and any preferences you provide. Please remove valuables, empty pockets, and leave out dry-clean-only, hand-wash-only, or highly delicate items unless we’ve agreed to handle them.

We’ll give reasonable attention to stains, but complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Pickup and return locations may vary based on building access and route availability. Missed pickups or late changes may count as that week’s service.
