How does H|H Laundry Club work?
Choose your plan, schedule your pickup, and we’ll wash, dry + fold, and return your laundry ready to go.

What should I use for my first pickup?
For your first order, send your laundry in any existing laundry bag or hamper. We’ll return your clean, folded laundry in your H|H member bag, with your original bag folded neatly inside. Use your H|H bag for all future pickups.

How do pickups and drop-offs work?
Right now, Fridays are our pickup day, with more days coming soon. You’ll receive text updates from H|H about your pickup, return, and order status along the way.

What if I miss my pickup or drop-off?
We know schedules change. We’re grateful for our members and will always do our best to work with you. Just reach out as soon as you can, and we’ll help coordinate the best available option for your order.

What if I have special care instructions?
You can share detergent preferences, stains, hang-dry needs, and other care notes when you sign up.

Can you return clothing rentals for me?
Yes. Add our Rental Return Service for $10 and we’ll handle the return according to the rental company’s instructions.

Do I have to join a membership?
No. H|H One-Time Service is available if you just need help with a single load or laundry reset.
